Skincare Products — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every Refine Beauty skincare formula. If your skin doesn’t love it, we want to make it right.
If you’re not satisfied with a skincare product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll offer you a full refund or exchange. We ask that you give the product a fair try, as most formulas show noticeable results within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
To be eligible:
• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
• The product must have been purchased directly from refinebeautyskin.com
• One satisfaction return per product, per customer
How to request a refund or exchange:
Email us at info@refinebeautyskin.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that returns on sale items and gift cards cannot be accepted.
Makeup Products
All makeup sales are final and non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@refinebeautyskin.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
What Isn’t Covered
• Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
• Skincare requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Sale items and gift cards
