Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Refine Beauty offers recurring subscription plans on select products. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency and price displayed at checkout. Available plans include monthly delivery options (e.g., every 30 days). The exact billing frequency and price will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
2. FREE TRIAL — IMPORTANT NOTICE
Some subscriptions begin with a free trial period (e.g., a 30-day free trial). By enrolling in a free trial, you acknowledge:
• Your free trial begins on the date your order is placed.
• At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method on file will be charged the then-current subscription price — unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You will receive a reminder email before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & BILLING
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Refine Beauty to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price shown at checkout.
• Billing amount: The price shown at checkout (plus applicable taxes).
• Billing date: Approximately every 30 days from your last order date.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 10 days in advance of any price change. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
• Customer portal: Log in to your account at refinebeautyskin.com, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select Cancel.
• Email: Send a cancellation request to info@refinebeautyskin.com with your order number and name.
Cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations after this window will take effect on the following billing cycle. You will continue to receive any subscription orders already processed and paid for.
5. REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy (refinebeautyskin.com/policies/refund-policy).
• If you cancel a free trial before it converts, you will not be charged.
• If you are charged after a free trial converts and wish to request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@refinebeautyskin.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. PAUSE OR SKIP
You may pause or skip a delivery at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us before your next renewal date.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
